At the 27th China International Baking Exhibition in Shanghai in 2025, our company aims at the “quality upgrade + short shelf life trend” of the baking industry, and focuses on promoting:
สารดูดออกซิเจนจากอาหาร: Extend the shelf life of cakes, moon cakes, etc., and solve the inventory pressure of seasonal products;
Special baking flavors: such as butter, caramel, and fruit flavors to enhance product memory points;
Functional additives: leavening agents, enzyme preparations, etc. to improve dough operability and finished product taste.
The exhibition goals include: providing one-stop solutions for chain baking brands, establishing a joint R&D mechanism with raw material suppliers, and using Shanghai’s location advantages to radiate the high-end baking market in the Yangtze River Delta, and promote the rapid implementation of innovative results.
